Our popular GTForce range have serious functionality and come in a vast range of styles. But design and comfort only go so far if you're not setup correctly. With the right setup, you can improve your gaming experience. We've pulled together a guide to help you get the most out of your gameplay and reduce the risk of back aches, neck pains and wrist strains.

  • Get ahead with a headset
Let's start with your headset. If you want to experience truly immersive gameplay, then use headphones or buy a gaming chair with built-in Bluetooth speakers. Good quality Bluetooth headsets often have noise-cancelling tech and audio level protection for your ears.
  • Visuals at eye level
When did you last upgrade your TV or monitor? If you want clearer graphics, it's worth investing in a new monitor. Make sure you position the monitor so it's not too high or low, or you'll get neck strain over time. For pc gaming, the top of the screen should be at eye level.
  • Zero pains in the neck
During a long gaming session, you might find your next starting to ache, due to being sat in the same position for hours on end. This is why a gaming chair with a removable back cushion and neck pillow is ideal because you can adjust to suit your optimal gaming position.
  • Reduce aches and strains
If you're playing pc games or you're sat at a desk for long periods, then it's important to make sure your chair is adjusted correctly to avoid back problems and wrist strain. Make sure your feet are flat on the floor and your arms are roughly at a 45-degree angle.
  • Support your wrists
As well as making sure your wrists are in the right position, it's important to ensure they're fully supported too. The GTForce Roadster 1 has super-comfy, padded and adjustable armrests. And supported wrists will help you improve your gameplay too.
  • Raise it up
Your gaming chair should be height adjustable, so when seated, you can raise the chair to the right height for you. Every model in the GTForce range has a gas lift mechanism so you can adjust, except our Ranger hybrid armchair/gaming chair.
  • Recline and relax
Most gaming chairs have a recline function, and our GTForce is no exception! So, you can sit back and relax after a long gaming session. Most of our models recline to 170 degrees and some gaming chairs have a sliding footrest for extra comfort.
  • Glide with ease
Move quickly to changing gameplay. A gaming chair with alloy-style caster wheels allow you to glide around your room on hard floors without leaving a scratch. If you really want to excel at your gameplay, you need to be able to react and move fast.
  • Ergonomic design
Ultimately, you want a gaming chair which has been designed with ergonomics and the human body in mind. A gaming chair with a bucket-style seat and deep foam padding will embrace your body for impact and support your spine while playing.
  • Eye-catching aesthetics
Although style has little to do with the comfort level of your gaming experience, it can make you feel great when you're playing, especially when friends are round! The GTForce range has been styled on racing car design with air vents and a range of exciting design features.

When it comes to gaming chairs, we take comfort and functionality very seriously. Our aim is to help you improve your gameplay without aches and pains from lengthy gaming sessions. Whether you prefer a console or a pc, by changing your setup, you can level up and enjoy playing your favourite games even more! So, consider buying a gaming chair this winter.
