Delivery Information:
All standard orders placed by midday between Monday to Friday will be dispatched within 24 hours (excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your item has been shipped.
Standard delivery orders will typically arrive within 2-5 working days.
Premium 2-man delivery order times will typically arrive within 3-7 working days. Please note this delivery service does not include assembly of any items or removal of packaging from your home.
Though all our products come with an estimated delivery time frame, we are unable to specify an exact date.
Returns Information:
We’re sure you’ll love our products, however just in case you change your mind we have a 30-day returns policy from the date of delivery to give you complete peace of mind.
Simply return your unused item to us in its original packaging or alternatively give us a call and we’ll arrange to have it collected from you for a small fee.
You will be issued with a full refund of the product cost as soon as the item has been returned to us and completed a satisfactory quality control check.
Please note: Any item purchased over the Christmas period from November 18th onwards, can be returned to us up until January 14th 2020 providing it is unused and in its original packaging.

Gently push back using the Latch Recliner Mechanism to lift those tired legs after a long day. Place your hand on the latch on the side of the chair and pull to release the footrest. When you’re ready to get up, gently push the footrest down with your legs. Once the Rockingham is back in its original upright position, the footrest and backrest will securely lock into place.
